How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for fountain pens and inks?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that fountain pens that have been inked are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How can I test an ink before committing to a full bottle?
We offer 4ml ink samples for almost every ink brand we carry. This allows you to test the flow, shading, and sheen on your favorite paper before purchasing a full size.
